Our Director of Maintenance has over twenty years of construction and large scale project management experience. He is licensed and bonded in the state of South Carolina as a Residential Specialty Contractor. As a result, property inspections, on-site maintenance services, construction and repair bid evaluations will be executed to construction industry professional standards. Ponderosa Management now has the ability to handle large scale project management tasks in-house.


Our Controller has extensive experience within the HOA accounting field. That experience includes public accounting and the preparation of audits and reviews for community homeowner associations.

Ponderosa Management, LLC's staff has 40 plus years experience managing community homeowner associations. Our President and Executive Vice-President started their  community association management careers together over twenty years ago.  Our President once received a personal recommendation from a Regional VP of one of the largest land developers in the US. He stated, "Simply put, she is the best community manager I have worked with period." Our Executive Vice-President and our President are an outstanding TEAM. Their experience and expertise are acknowledged by the contractors and vendors who support their communities.
